Harden Joins Montreal Canadiens and evenko as Major Partner in Laval's Place Bell

LAVAL, QC, Aug. 31, 2017, /CNW Telbec/ - Real estate developer Harden, official commercial partner of the City of Laval's flagship Place Bell, is pleased to participate in today's inauguration of the multifunctional amphitheater, which is located at the intersection of Le Corbusier Boulevard and Claude-Gagné Street in Laval.
Place Bell which boasts a main amphitheater with seating for 10,000 people and an additional 2,500 for general admission, an Olympic-sized ice rink, a NHL-sized ice rink and more than 700 indoor parking spaces, will also feature a 43,000-square foot commercial area distributed over two floors, which will be managed by Harden. The commercial space will be leased to a variety of clients including restaurants and services and will be accessible to the public at all times.

"We are delighted to partner with the City of Laval on this remarkable project," said Tyler Harden, Vice-President, Leasing at Harden. "Joining the Montreal Canadiens and Evenko as the major partners in Place Bell is an extraordinary opportunity for Harden. We have already begun leasing spaces in Place Bell, a world-class facility, and will be announcing over the coming weeks more brands and companies that will be joining us."
Harden has already leased commercial space in Place Bell, to Éconofitness and Accès Physio who will occupy the second floor. The restaurant will be opening in the ground floor dining area and, in total, there will be six commercial spaces for restaurants.
"Place Bell may soon become the cornerstone of Laval's "downtown," added Tyler Harden.

"We are very pleased that the City of Laval selected our company as their commercial partner in Place Bell. We certainly know we are up to the challenge of managing the commercial interests of such an important property to the City, and to the citizens of Laval."

Harden has developed and constructed over 2 million square feet of privately owned commercial real estate projects, which include 18 shopping centers and several office buildings.
Committed to creating a prominent tenant mix to best serve its clients and the needs of the community, Harden believes in creating a synergetic environment where tenants are given the optimal platform to succeed by offering their consumers the best possible experience.
